Registration And Front Office
This module will take care of the entire registration process, and will give you complete summary of the patient’s visit. Your staff will be able to input (as well as update) appointments with various doctors in individual windows. This allows for better organization of the patient information, and gives you and your staff a birds-eye view of the entire care path.
Appointment
With this module you will be able to effectively handle all patient appointments. Items such as doctor (and patient) availability are clear, making the appointment process more efficient. Multiple appointment sheets for individual doctors are available as well.
Our EMR allows you to get complete reports on the appointments handled by each doctor on both a daily and weekly basis. Appointments can also be queried / queued by date to better schedule future appointment reporting.
Details of Patient Visit(s)
Every detail of patient visits is made available, giving you a clear picture of a patient’s entire history. You will also be able to keep track of individual items, such as past medical history (both the patient and his or her family history), surgeries undergone, allergies, current medication, lab test results, transcripts, referral template, medical certificate, and more. Other pertinent information about the patient – such as height, weight, blood pressure, body temperature at each visit, etc. – can also be updated.
In the end, all of the patient’s medical records are complete – and also completely secure – within our electronic medical records software.
Admin Control
You can create user accounts for individual operators, and control their access to modules and functions based on the specific rights assigned to them. Various medicine import, ICD code addition, inventory creation, and backup daily data functionality are also in this area.
Reports Via Print
Using this module, you will be able to print wide range of patient reports including appointment data, appointment reports, vaccination details, allergies, medical history, and much more.
