Dr. Alain L. Fymat
Chairman, Medical and Technical Advisory Board

Alain has more than 25 years of experience in the medical and scientific/engineering industries (including R&D, medical IT, telehealth/telemedicine, HIS/RIS/PACS). During his professional career, he has been key in the implementation of large scale telemedicine/teleradiology systems particularly for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, the world’s largest medical organization. He has also contributed to the launching of medical device start-ups. With extensive academic and industrial experience in Europe and the U.S., and experience in senior executive management, we feel confident in Dr. Fymat’s abilities, and are pleased to welcome him to our Board.

Seema Singh
CEO and Member, Medical and Technical Advisory Board

A true international business professional, Seema has more than eight years of direct experience in corporate sales and marketing, and has done such on a global basis. With a natural affinity for technology, she is also heavily involved in the application development process. Before funding Janus Medical Systems, Seema (who holds a PGDBA) was vice-president with a software company in Singapore, where she spearheaded the measurable growth of the software development division during a period of depressed markets.

Dr. Eytan Ellenberg MD, PhD, MBA, France
Advisor

Dr. Ellenberg received his MD degree in Public Health and Social Medicine in October 2004 from the University of Paris-Sorbonne (“Nouvelle Sorbonne Paris III”). He also holds a PhD in Medical Linguistics from the same institution, an MBA from the Sorbonne Business School, and an Ultimate CRA Development in Pharmaceutics in 2010. Prior to that, he received a specialized Master degree in Hospital Risk Management from the Ecole Centrale de Paris in 2003 and a Master degree in Biostatistics and Modeling from the University of Paris, Faculty of Medicine Paris VII in 2003.
Dr. Ellenberg has published extensively on clinical and hospital risk management, and bioethics and public health. He is the author of a book on the dangers posed by hospitalization.
